  2. The Effects of Doctor Who on Your Average Teen

“Please let her be real!” Francesca wept, her tears falling onto her Disney Princess-themed pajamas. This was now the 7th time she had watched “The Asylum of the Daleks,” but the emotions still sweeping over her like it was the first. She’d watched the episode in every format possible: television, computer, the back of her math teacher’s Camry- But somehow this time was different from the others. Maybe the combination of 3 bowls of popcorn, 72 hours without sleep, and those Klaine fanfics she read before had made her overemotional. “Doctor Who will be the death of you,” Obi-Wan Kenobi had told her in the Phantom Menace, and his prediction was finally coming to life.

She already loved Jenna-Louise Coleman so much that she also despised her. “Your skin is so perfectly tan, but your Wikipedia page says that you’re that you’re of Welsh and Scottish descent. You can’t be real!” She screeched, throwing her bedazzled remote at her laptop, where she was most likely watching the episode illegally online (why she had a remote for a computer, only Our Savior Lord Jesus Christ can explain). “I wish I was as pretty as you,” she uttuttered somberly, stroking her whimpering chestnut colored hair.

“You are,” responded the man the mirror (I did mean man. Francesca might not have told you everything). “You are beautiful Francesca, don’t let anyone ever tell you differently,” Francesca said, walking through the glass, and stepping out of the mirror-frame.

“I don’t understand, where did you come from?” Asked Francesca #1, wondering if she shouldn’t have let her elderly bubbe be responsible for giving her night meds.

“That doesn’t matter now,” responded the new Francesca, bringing a bony hand to her clone’s lips. “There’s double the sass now- No one can stop us.” They both cackled, as they hopped on to their broomsticks and flew into the night. The wind was their only enemy now.

  3. Caroline’s Cough: In Prose

“Sorry I’m popular!” Caroline wheezed, her sentence skewed by a sudden uproar of hacking coughs. Francesca and Anya politely consoled her, but secretly they wished that she’d been more careful during mono season. It wasn’t unusual for Caroline to attract viruses during the peak month of August.

“Honey you really need some cough syrup.” Francesca cooed, rolling her eyes on the other end of the computer screen. What she needed wasn’t a spoonful of medicine but rather a nice stiff martini to ward of the feeling that she’d left her platinum Macy’s membership card at the Laundromat. Caroline coughed again, this time sounding like Kathleen Turner after relapse. Anya grimaced as she scrolled through a particularly intriguing section of Larry fanfiction. This cough was tearing the group apart, Francesca thought to herself, holding her head in her hands. How would they ever get through it?

  4. ´´I am know trusting you with the your most difficult mission yet,´´ King Arthur said, gently placing his sword onto my shoulder, ´´Find a pair of shorts that are neither slutty nor mommish,´´ he said, as a wave of fear and confusion swept across my face, as I had no idea how to complete the journey set before me.

  5. “You can never watch too much Law and Order,” she mutters, turning up the sound as her 18 cats swarm around her in a decaying living room.

  7. My Date With Rihanna- A Memoir: Part 2 (A Preview!)

“Remember, Caroline, always use you’re sassy yet sensible fashion sense for good,” Jesus said to me as the heaven started to blur, and I heard a ringing sound in my ear. Confused and groggy, I opened my eyes, only to find myself in Lankeneau Hospital. Ugh, I should have known I wasn’t really in heaven when my 72 virgins were all Steve Carrel impersonators and paradise was ski resort in Scranton. Both frightened, and excited that this might be the experience I needed to become a medical soap actress, I glanced around the room for a nurse. George Clooney was not in sight, but I saw Rihanna, asleep on the chair next to my bed. That’s when it all started to come back to me, my night with Rihanna. It’d been going great, until- Katy Perry.

  9. Prom Night (Santorum/Romney Fanfiction)

    saxystar:

Rick Santorum sat in front of his vanity and observed his appearance in the mirror. His cheeks were tinged with light pink blush, and his eye shadow was golden and glittery. He had on heavy black mascara and long, fake eyelashes. His lips were a dramatic fire engine red.

In other words, he looked completely fabulous.
